Manytalks terms of service
Effective date: September 5, 2026 · Last updated: September 5, 2026
These Terms govern your use of Manytalks. By creating an account, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use Manytalks.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Manytalks. Manytalks is intended for business, marketing, and professional use — not personal/consumer use.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at our support team if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. What Manytalks does
Manytalks lets you connect social/messaging accounts (Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp) and set up automations — auto-replies to comments and DMs, campaign workflows, analytics, and (where enabled) AI-generated responses. Not every feature is available on every plan; current plan features are listed on our pricing page.
4. Connecting third-party accounts
When you connect Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, or another platform, you're also bound by that platform's own terms and policies (Meta's Platform Terms, WhatsApp Business Policy, etc.) — Manytalks doesn't override or substitute for them. These platforms can independently suspend, restrict, or remove your access to your own account for violations of their policies, regardless of anything in these Terms, and we aren't responsible for actions those platforms take against your account.
You represent that you have the right to connect any account you connect (i.e., it's yours, or you're authorized to manage it on behalf of the account owner).
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Manytalks to:
- Send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or content that violates the messaging policies of the platform you're sending through
- Harass, deceive, impersonate, or defraud anyone
- Automate responses that violate Meta, WhatsApp, or Google's platform policies (including anything that would get your app or account flagged in their review process)
- Collect or process data about people without a lawful basis to do so
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract Manytalks's underlying source code or models
- Use the platform in any way that violates applicable law
Violating this section is grounds for suspension or termination under Section 9, in addition to any consequences imposed directly by the third-party platform involved.
6. Automation & AI-generated content
You control what your automations say and do, including any AI-generated replies. You're responsible for reviewing and approving your automation logic before it goes live, and for the content your automations send to your customers. Manytalks provides the infrastructure to generate and send these responses; it does not review or approve the content of individual messages before they're sent.
7. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed as described at signup and on our pricing page, and processed by Stripe or Razorpay, depending on your workspace. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and we don't provide partial-period refunds except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise. Free-tier and trial terms, where offered, are as described on the pricing page at the time you sign up.
8. Intellectual property
Manytalks, including its software, design, and branding, belongs to Manytalks. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it per these Terms, for as long as your account is active. You retain ownership of your own content (your messages, campaign text, uploaded assets); by using Manytalks, you grant us the license needed to process and transmit that content to provide the service to you.
9. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms, for extended non-payment, or where required to comply with a third-party platform's policies (e.g., Meta requiring us to disable an integration). We'll generally notify you before termination except where immediate action is needed (security risk, legal requirement, or platform-mandated action). You may close your account anytime from Settings or by contacting our support team.
10. Service availability
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, and we may modify or discontinue parts of Manytalks with reasonable notice, except where changes are needed urgently for security or legal compliance.
11. Disclaimers
Manytalks is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We don't guarantee that automations will always work as intended, that connected-platform APIs won't change or fail, or that your use of Manytalks will result in any particular business outcome.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manytalks's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of Manytalks is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data, except where such limitation isn't permitted by applicable law.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Manytalks against claims arising from your use of Manytalks in violation of these Terms, your automation content, or your violation of a connected platform's policies.
14. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use data, and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
15. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where Manytalks is established. The courts of that country have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Manytalks.
16. Changes to these terms
We'll update the date above when these Terms change, and notify you by email or in-product notice for material changes. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
